The 2026 Workshop on Edge Intelligence, Edge Computing Systems, and AIoT Applications (WEI-Edge 2026), in conjunction with 2026 International Computer Symposium (ICS 2026), will be held at National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences, Taipei, Taiwan, on October 29-31, 2026. ICS is one of the most prestigious international ICT symposiums held in Taiwan. Founded in 1973, it is intended to provide a forum for researchers, educators, and professionals to exchange their discoveries and practices, and to explore future trends and applications in computer technologies. The biennial symposium offers a great opportunity to share research experiences and to discuss potential new trends in the ICT industry. ICS 2026 will provide workshops, panels and keynotes to facilitate discourse on and deepen the understanding of the challenges in computer and communication technologies.

Submissions must adhere to the following guidelines. Submissions must be formatted using the LNCS style file without altering margins or the font point. Springer’s proceedings LaTeX templates are also available on Overleaf. Springer’s authors’ guidelines may be consulted here.
The maximum length of the submission (including references, but excluding the optional appendix) is 12 pages. The first page must include an indication of whether the paper is eligible for the best student paper award. Proofs omitted due to space constraints must be placed in an appendix to be read by the program committee members at their discretion. Submissions that deviate from these guidelines risk being rejected without consideration of their merits. Submission is through the EasyChair conference system. The submission process requires registration to create an EasyChair account prior to submission.
